Shipping & Delivery
Mikan Pool Supplies ships throughout the United States. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method.
Large or oversized items, including pool heaters and certain equipment, may be shipped by freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require an appointment and customer availability at the delivery location.
Important: Customers must inspect freight shipments before accepting delivery. If the packaging or product appears damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and take clear photos before the driver leaves.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
